Many people would like the peace of mind in knowing that their appliances are in good working order, to prevent breakdown and preserve the life of the appliance.

Keeping an appliance clean and free of debris can extend the life of your machine. The problem is, not everyone has the time or experience required to make sure dust doesn’t get into the refrigerator coils, or lint doesn’t find it’s way into the dryer. That’s where our maintenance service comes in.

County Appliance Repair is run on honesty and integrity. I do my best to provide excellent customer service at a fair price.
I will always give a 1 hour window when scheduling your appointment. It doesn’t happen often, but if for whatever reason the appointment prior to yours takes longer than expected – you will receive a courtesy call from me with as much advanced notice as possible. Your time is as valuable as mine and will be treated as such.
Aside from a $100 trip/diagnostic fee. You will never be charged anything more until the job is complete. If I must order a part, you will only pay the $100 and the balance when the job is complete. I do not ask for money up front.
I will always show up for appointments. If an appointment is scheduled with my business and on my calendar – I will be there as scheduled.
If parts must be ordered, the majority of the time, as long as they are in my suppliers NY warehouse, I will have them the next day. If outside of NY, it may take an extra day or so depending on where it’s coming from. Older machines and even some not so old can present a parts issue on occasion, but I will never ask you to pay up front for parts.
I will to the best of my ability give your appliance the time and effort necessary to ensure a successful diagnosis and repair.
