I will always give a 1 hour window when scheduling your appointment. It doesn’t happen often, but if for whatever reason the appointment prior to yours takes longer than expected – you will receive a courtesy call from me with as much advanced notice as possible. Your time is as valuable as mine and will be treated as such.
Aside from a $100 trip/diagnostic fee. You will never be charged anything more until the job is complete. If I must order a part, you will only pay the $100 and the balance when the job is complete. I do not ask for money up front.
I do not just not show up for appointments or blow off customers. If an appointment is scheduled with my business and on my calendar – I will be there as scheduled.
If parts must be ordered, the majority of the time, as long as they are in my suppliers NY warehouse, I will have them the next day. If outside of NY, it may take an extra day or so depending on where it’s coming from. Older machines and even some not so old can present a parts issue on occasion, but I will not ask you to pay up front for parts!
I will to the best of my ability give your appliance the time and effort necessary to ensure a successful diagnosis and repair.
As I am a one man show – any interactions with County Appliance Repair will be with me and no one else.
